Theodora Richter has over 30 years of experience in the securities industry and is currently a Special Investigator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, a major U.S. Regulator. After earning her Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Baruch College in New York City, Ms. Richter began her career at Merrill Lynch where she specialized in government securities. It was at Merrill Lynch where Ms. Richter acquired her deep knowledge of the stock market and began specializing in stock market regulation. She then moved on to FISN in Washington D.C. where she worked as a securities trader and oversaw regulatory compliance.
Ms. Richter later furthered her education by earning her Master’s in Human Resource Development from Bowie State University and continued to make her way to a senior level position with FINRA where she continues to thrive to this day.
Ms. Richter is a mother of three and enjoys traveling, reading and gardening in her spare time.
